Our Employment Advisers will liaise closely with employers to gain an understanding of their organisational requirements, and will then screen and interview suitable candidates and prepare and provide the most appropriate candidates for selection by the employer.
This process minimises recruitment effort and maximises employment results. We can also arrange short work placements to enable the employer to assess the abilities of the candidate to ensure they acquire quality, work ready employees who fully meet their requirements.
